Technical Pre-sales / Engagement
Manager:
The primary role
will be to assist our sales organization in software
solutions, project and solution integration services,
Internet, Wireless and GIS/GPS technology sales. In
addition, will be responsible for overall engagement and
project management of small and medium sized projects.
The ideal
candidate is a Senior Technical Solution Architect and
Project Manager with pre-sales experience. The candidate
will be responsible for the complete technical account
and engagement management for the client, from initial
discussions, through detailed assessment of work, to
providing full solutions for the client.
Job
Responsibilities:
Technical
account management. Evaluate client requirements and
assist with the development of the sales strategies.
Perform technical presentations. Define and document the
technical solution and project scope based on client's
requirements. Lead proposal development and RFP response
team. Provide technical assistance to marketing events.
Engagement and Project Management performing short-term
requirements analysis and high level design engagements.
Overall project and engagement management. Ensure
customer satisfaction.
Required
Qualifications:
Extensive
experience with engagement management, project
management and pre-sales of enterprise software
solutions and services. Experience in managing a
offshore development center. 7+ years of total
experience with a software vendor or consulting firms.
Minimum of 2+ years in presales and 2+ years of project
management background. BS in Computer Science; further
business-related courses and training and/or MBA degree
preferred

Qualifications:
In-depth
experience in architecture, design and implementation of
complex, heterogeneous Internet enabled business
application. Excellent communication skills (Written and
Verbal) targeted at both technical and non-technical
individuals (i.e. an ability to explain complex
technical issues to non-technical individuals). A
passion and enthusiasm for technology. An ability to
excel in a challenging and multi tasking environment.
Must be able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
and drive projects forward.
A team player with independence and
self-motivation to work with limited supervision. Must
be able to travel approximately 25% or more of the time

Senior-level position developing GIS
applications to support vector data evaluation and processing
into standard formats; data conversion; and data validation
and quality assurance. Emphasis is on developing software for
a production environment to support increasing levels of

Responsibilities include: GIS
application design and programming in a team environment;
assistance with user needs assessments; data modeling and
database design; development of Web-based applications;
documentation of processes and applications; client
interaction.
We are seeking a programmer/analyst
with tangible examples of developing ArcInfo, ArcSDE, ArcIMS,
and programming ArcObjects with Visual Basic/VC++, Oracle and
Access Database.
Requirements: BS or MS in Geography,
Computer Science or equivalent; plus at least 5 years GIS
development and programming experience with Arc/INFO and other
ESRI products, Avenue, VB, VBA, ODE, SDE, programming
ArcObjects COM Objects with VB/VC++; experience using and

destinations. Must have a strong background working with
Geocoding, building route optimization engines, and working

background in multi-point, time-sequenced, route optimization
modeling with dispatcher interface for real-time, two-way
mobile communications for route monitoring and order
re-sequencing. Must have experience analyzing delivery
requirements, load balances, sequenced stops, routes and
schedules.
